single lessons (one-offs)

Clients who cancel a single scheduled lesson within 24hrs of scheduled appointment will be responsible to pay for that lesson and subject to forfeiture of the monies paid in advance with limited reschedule option(s):

• client may choose to schedule an additional paid lesson (in advance within the current calendar month) to have the opportunity to reschedule the cancelled lesson within 7 days of original date. *Baseball Solutions reserves the right to assign instructor who is available; not necessarily the instructor originally assigned to cancelled appointment.

• If criteria outlined above isn't or cannot be met the monies applied to cancelled lesson with be forfeited.

lesson packages

Clients who cancel a scheduled lesson within 24 hrs, as part of a multi-lesson package, will have the opportunity to reschedule the cancelled appointment under the following terms and conditions:

• make up lesson falls within 7 days of the original appointment, but does not fall outside the last day of current month. If cancelled lesson in question falls within the last week of calendar month, client will have the option to schedule an additional paid lesson (in advance) for a date that falls within the following calendar month and reschedule cancelled lesson within 7 days of original date.

Clients who cancel a lesson outside of 24 hrs will have the opportunity reschedule the cancelled appointment under the following conditions without penalty:

• make up lesson falls within the last day of the current calendar month. If cancelled lesson in question falls within the last week of a calendar month, client will have the option to schedule an additional paid lesson (in advance) for a date that falls within the following calendar month and reschedule cancelled lesson within 14 days of original date.

 

Client cancelled lessons do not carry over beyond the last day of the month in which the original lesson was scheduled.
