Baseball Solutions facilitates year-round specialized small group workshops for high school ball players. We feel that a ball player learns most efficiently when the following occur during a training session: (1) Exposure to a balanced training approach involving quality instruction and reps (2) the opportunity to learn while watching others participate (3) opportunity to feed off of the positive “energy” and friendly competition created in a small group environment (4) opportunity to watch himself on video
