Refunds
Any applicable refunds will be credited to your credit card on file or mailed to specified address
All requests for refund must be made in writing:
please send request for refund to info@baseballsolutions.com
with name of team; event rained out; how many games played / how many rained
out; address to send check
refund request must be made in writing with in 30 days of contest in order to
qualify
Teams that register and pay for an event and then chose to drop out are not eligible for a refund.
4 game guarantee event:
If only one or two games played - teams are eligible for refund of $100 per game not played (if a game is suspended it counts as a "game played")
If three games played - no refund
In the event that an entire tournament is canceled due to inclement weather, a full refund minus $50 administration fee will be returned upon request
Teams that choose to forgo remaining scheduled games or drop out of tournament will not qualify for refund.
Fall showcase double header event
If one game played - teams are eligible for $100 refund (if a game is suspended it counts as a game played)
