24 hr cancellation policy: Clients who cancel a scheduled lesson within 24hrs of scheduled appointment will be responsible to pay for that lesson and/or subject to forfeiture of the monies paid in advance. Appointments cancelled outside of 24 hrs will be rescheduled for a date that falls within the last day of the current calendar month. Client cancelled lessons do not carry over beyond the last day of the month in which the original lesson was scheduled.
