Arm Care / Thera-band workout for all position players

Our goal is to help each ball player develop arm strength, prevent injury, reduce soreness, and minimize recovery time after strenuous use. The Baseball Solutions Arm Care program is designed to take stress off of the elbow and shoulder while improving accuracy and velocity.

           

We believe that ball players MUST PREPARE theirs arms for the work load of a baseball season. Ball players in the Baseball Solutions program participate in an Arm Care / Throwing Dynamics program each week in order to help condition their arms, build arm strength, maintain good body posture and position throughout the throwing motion (taking stress of the elbow and shoulder), and improve accuracy.
